Faculty may strike as EMU talks stall

"'We're not happy. We don't want a strike, but we may be forced into it,' said Elaine Martin, chief negotiator for the 625-member EMU American Association of University Professors. 'They have expressed a contempt for us that makes it hard to bargain with them.'"
