A Houston janitor who is a leader in a union drive is one of five finalists to be Glamour magazine's Woman of the Year. The winner is whomever gets the most votes online. Winning this would be a simple way to reach people we don't usually reach with awareness of workers' campaigns for justice. Besides continuing coverage in Glamour there will be an event in New York City that will generate media attention as well.
